General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Transparency is at the heart of our company. Here are the clear terms and conditions governing your purchases at Ikhtilaf.

01  Products

Our products are non-corrective fashion sunglasses, presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are provided for informational purposes only. Our sunglasses comply with current standards (CE marking, UV protection category indicated on each product sheet). You have the option to request corrective lenses from us, which we process with the utmost care with our partner opticians.

02  Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

03  Order

The order is validated after acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and payment confirmation. A summary email is sent to the Customer.

04  Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered on the Website. Transactions are secure, and the order is only processed after effective receipt of payment.

05  Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated, within an estimated period of [2-3] working days via [carrier]. Delivery charges are specified before order validation.

06  Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. This right is exercised via the withdrawal functionality accessible online on the Website, or by email to [contact@ikhtilaf-vision.com]. Products must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds are issued within 14 days following receipt of the return or proof of its dispatch.

07  Legal guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

08  Mediation & disputes
